We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
2. Size Guide
Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order. A measurement variation of 1–1.5 inches is considered normal due to the manufacturing process and is not considered a defect.
3. Product Design
All Qyrela products are designed with their intended fit and silhouette, whether relaxed, oversized, or regular. The fit, design, trims, accessories, prints, and finishing are intentional and are not considered defects.
4. Colour Variation
Product colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, fabric dyeing, and individual screen settings. Such variations are normal and are not considered defects.
5. Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are accepted only for incorrect or defective products where the issue is verified by our team after inspection. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Exchange Request Timeline
Exchange requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
7. Proof Required
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:
An uninterrupted unboxing video
Clear photos of the product
Damage-related exchange requests will only be accepted if an unboxing video is provided.
8. Product Condition
The product must be:
Unused
Unwashed
Undamaged
Returned with all original tags and original packaging
9. Exchange Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for the shipping charges involved in the exchange process unless an incorrect or defective product was sent by Qyrela.
10. Sale & Discounted Products
Products purchased during sales, offers, discounts, or clearance are not eligible for exchange or return.
11. Final Approval
Qyrela reserves the right to approve or decline any exchange request after inspecting the returned product and verifying that the above conditions have been met.
